FAQs
The crane work duty is determined by the load state and the number of cycles. It is not that the larger the lifting weight, the higher the work duty. The more frequently it is used, the closer the lifting weight is to the rated lifting weight, the higher the work duty.
In particular, we provide you with wearing parts for one year, so as to ensure that when the equipment has problems, it can be solved at the first time and will not affect your use.
Difference 1: The conductor of the single-pole safety trolley line has a large cross-sectional area and a large amount of current, which is much larger than that of the multi-pole.The magnitude of the carrying current determines that the single-pole trolley line is suitable for crane workshops with high power, and the multi-pole trolley line is suitable for crane workshops with low power.
Difference 2: Different conductor materials are used. The conductor of the single-pole sliding wire is an aluminum alloy conductor, and the conductor of the multi-pole sliding wire is a copper conductor. The conductors of the two are different, which determines the resistance of the two. Losses are relatively small.
Difference 3: Applicable occasions are different, single-pole trolley line is suitable for most occasions, multi-pole trolley line is mainly used in power plants, steam workshops and other occasions.
Difference 4: The structure is different, the single-pole trolley line conductor is only one conductor, and the multi-pole trolley line is composed of three, four, six or more copper strips, and the accessories of the two are also different.
1.Before use, make sure the crane is suitable for the planned lifting task. Confirm it has the proper travel, lift and capacity.
2. Visually and physically inspect the crane before use. Check all features for damage, wear and proper operation.
3. Confirm the load weight. Check the capacity of all equipment, including hardware, ropes and slings. Do not exceed these capacities.
4. Select the appropriate sling for each lift. Inspect slings and other rigging hardware for wear, stretch, or other damage before use. Do not use damaged or defective slings. Use softener on sharp corners. Do not splice broken slings.
5. Use clear agreed signals when communicating with crane operators. Except for stop signals, crane operators should only follow the instructions of one person (designated signalman). In the case of a wired or remote control, the operator should familiarize himself with all its functions before lifting.
6. Before starting the lift, warn everyone in the load lift area. Make sure the path of the load is clear of people and obstacles. Do not lift heavy objects over anyone. Place the hoist over the load before lifting to prevent the load from swinging.
7. Slide the sling fully onto the hook and make sure the safety latch is closed. Do not install the hook tip or hammer the sling into place.
8. Secure unused lifting legs. Do not drag slings or leave loose material on the lifted load.
9. When removing slack from the sling, prevent your hands and fingers from being caught. Leave before the elevator starts.
10. Move the load and controls smoothly. Minimize load swing.
11. Walk in front of loads while traveling and warn people to keep their distance. Use banners to prevent spinning or other uncontrolled movements. Raise the load only to the height needed to clear the object. Do not ride on hooks or loads.
12. Place the load on the block, not directly on the sling. Do not pull or push loads from under the crane.
13. Do not leave the load (or crane) unattended while the load is hanging.
14. Where other personnel must be restricted from operating the crane, use lock-out and tag-out procedures.
15. Store slings off the floor in a clean, dry place on hooks or shelves. Do not leave slings, accessories or obstacles on the floor.
