Requirement Of Machinery And Steel Structure

Safety Regulations Of Jib Crane Installation
- All high strength bolts have to tightening rightly, high strength bolt cannot be replaced by common bolt.
- Bolts fastener have to be replaced after five times replication.
- Never lubricate Bolts fastener.
- All bolts fastener have to be tightened when put into use for one to two months. And broken bolts should be replaced.
- Check connection of dowel, and all rabbet should be outward. Or electric hoist maybe wear down.
- Hoist and hook device should adopt soft connection way hanging on jib boom, for iron link may have force out of force, which can break hoist down.
- Our jib boom crane uses flat cable. Moreover, insulated wire and the grounding conductor of the cable
- Should pain into yellow green.
- The grounding conductor of the cable cannot bolt for tighten, and grounding connection point should prevent from loose.
