Recently, our customer from Costa Rica told us the 20 ton overhead crane provided by Aicrane has been completely installed and tested. The overhead crane 20 ton is our European standard overhead crane and it adopts single girder design equipped with European electric wire rope hoist as its lifting device. In addition to the overhead crane, we also provided the steel structure products for the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our solution.
During the production process, we have customer-service team responsible for updating the production progress for the customer by sending him pictures and videos. The customer knew the crane and steel structure manufacturing progress clearly. We have strict quality management system to ensure the reliable product quality and good performance. After finishing the production, it came to the products delivery. We have professional shipping department responsible for the products shipping issues, and providing customs materials. We packed the crane and steel structure with rail cloth and packed the hoist and electrical accessories with special wooded box in case of damage during the shipping.
We provide both online and on-site installation guidance as the customers require. For this customer, we provided online installation and commissioning guidance to help them finish the installation quickly and successfully. The customer was satisfied with our products and service. Currently, the single girder overhead crane 20 ton works reliably and efficiently in the workshop to lift and transfer heavy materials from one position to another.
