The customer’s company specializes in manufacturing asphalt and exports its products to the CIS countries. The customer needed a container gantry crane to handle 40-foot and 20-foot containers.
The customer’s initial requirement was for a gantry crane capable of lifting and moving 40-foot and 20-foot shipping containers. Considering that the daily container handling volume is not significant, we promptly provided a comprehensive proposal, emphasizing cost-saving measures by suggesting the use of hooks with simple container spreader. Through six rounds of collaborative discussions and adjustments, both parties arrived at a mutually agreeable solution.
Based on the project specifications and our proposed solutions, Тимур ultimately purchased one set of our AQ-MGH European-style double girder gantry crane 32 ton, with the span of 30m, the lifting height of 13 meters and an A5 work duty.
We promptly initiated the production process upon receiving the customer’s advance payment. The crane was packaged according to international transport standards, ensuring its safe arrival in Atyrau. During the production, our customer service team regularly updated the crane manufacturing progress with pictures and videos, which made the customer know well about the whole production process.
We have a dedicated shipment department responsible for the equipment delivery and providing customs clearance documents and other necessary materias. After finishing the production, we contacted with the freight forwarder to confirm the transportation, and the crane equipment arrived at the customer’s site smoothly on schedule.
Prior to installation, we prepared a 3D installation video to assist Тимур’s team who had limited installation experience. The installation of the crane’s steel structure, lifting mechanism, and trolley operation went smoothly. In May 2023, we dispatched engineers to provide on-site assistance with electrical components and commissioning. Within two days, the engineers successfully adjusted and ensured the equipment’s normal operation, earning high praise from Тимур for their expertise and workmanship.
