5 ton and 30 ton Electric Winches Exported to Nigeria

Aicrane one 5 ton winch and two 30 ton electric winches were exported to Nigeria. The three winches are our AQ-JM series slow speed electric winches and will be used to handle boats for shore maintenance.

On-site Inspection of Aicrane Team

Before purchasing the winch, our project consultants and technician went to Nigeria for the on-site inspection. After knowing well of the customer’s requirements, we recommended Aicrane AQ-JM series electric winches 30 ton and 5 ton to suit all the requirements, and the customer was very satisfied with our proposal and finally made the decision and purchased one 5 ton winch and two 30 ton winches used on the site for handling boats for shore maintenance.

Electric Winches Configurations and Features

• The electric winches for Nigeria are equipped with galvanized steel wire rope.
• These three slow speed winches adopt Schneider electricals and marine motor class H insulation to suit the seaside working conditions.
• Epoxy paint is adopted for the winch, and the thickness of the paint film reaches 200um.
• The winches and electrical parts and accessories are exported using standard export wooden boxes, and wrapped in rain cloth.
• We provided some consumable parts such as friction plate, contactor and shackle. If there is a problem during the warranty period, we provide free accessories.

Winch Installation on Site in Nigeria

The electric winches have been installed on site as per the drawings we provided and with the help of our online installation guidance. The customer said the winch had good performance and he would place new order in the near future.
