This Russian customer got to know our company by searching for keywords of gantry crane through Yandex, he visited our website and sent us an inquiry with the crane requirements. The customer’s company is the largest manufacturer and supplier of pipe fittings and they need a gantry crane to transport the pipes from one location to another in their factory.
With several times of communication, we knew that the size of the pipes to be lifted was relatively large and of different specifications. After understanding the customer’s demands and actual working conditions in the factory, we prepared a schematic diagram for them at first and explained our design and solution. After three modifications, we finally reached a consensus on the gantry crane solution.
The customer finally ordered a 32t+32t double girder gantry crane, with the span of 42m, the lifting height of 12m and the work duty of A5. This crane solution is customized by us to suit all their work needs and budget, and the customer was very satisfied with our solution.
After receiving the advance payment from the customer, our factory began to manafacture the gantry crane and its accessories. During the production process, our customer-service team updated the production progress regularly with products pictures and videos to make sure the customer know well about the whole process. The customer was satisfied with our service and spoke higly of our team. The crane manufacturing was completed ahead of schedule in accordance with the time agreed in the contract.
Upon finishing the crane manufacturing, our shipping department arranged the delivery issues rapidly.Althrough we encountered difficulties, we found ways to solve them finally. The packaging of the double girder gantry crane complied with the international transportation packaging requirements, and the crane arrived in Liski on time. After receiving the goods, our customer inspected them in accordance with our instructions. Everything was fine during the transportation of the crane and accessories.
The customer installed the gantry crane by themselves and we provided online installation guidance for them. The crane installation went smoothly and all the problems were solved in time with our support. After finishing the installation, the customer shared the installation pictures with us and they highly recognized our crane machine and our professionalism.
After finishing the installation and commissioning, the double beam gantry crane has been put into work to handle different sizes of steel pipes as required. The gantry crane works safely and reliably in our customer’s factory, greatly improving work efficiency and productivity.
