The customer’s company specializes in manufacturing asphalt and exports its products to the CIS countries. The customer needed a container gantry crane to handle 40-foot and 20-foot containers.

The customer got to know our company through searching for keywords gantry crane on Google, she found and checked our website and sent us an inquiry with their product requirements. The customer’s company is a logistics company, the customer told us they need a container gantry crane used in the railway yard to handle 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot containers.

After communicating with the customer, we knew that the crane needs to handle 100-120 containers every day, which requires the crane work with high efficiency. We communicated with our technical department and prepares a design for them. The two parties finally reached the final plan after co-creating the solution twice. We tailored the crane solution for them strictly in accordance with their specific requirements.

They finally decided to purchase a 45 ton rail mounted container gantry crane for the containers yard; the basic parameters are as following: the span of the crane is 32M, the lifting height is 12.5M, the crane work duty is A6, and the two working cantilevers are 8M and 5.5M respectively.

After receiving the advance payment from the customer, our factory began to manafacture the products. Our customer-service team updated the production progress regularly for the customer via products pictures and videos. The customer was satisfied with our timely service and they knew the whole manufacturing process well. Finally, the production was completed ahead of schedule in accordance with the time agreed in the contract.

Upon finishing the whole production, our shipping department arranged the delivery issues rapidly. The packaging of the entire crane complied with the international transportation packaging, so that the crane arrived in Almaty intact.
