Good news for Aicrane! Recently, two sets of Aicrane rubber tyred gantry cranes was delivered to Russia. These two rubber gantry cranes are single girder type crane, their lifting capacity is 25 ton, the span is 6.9m and the lifting height is 6.2m. These two rubber gantry cranes will be used to transfer prefabricated concrete components in the yard.

Features of the Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes

• The rubber gantry crane adopts single girder type and use electric power mode.
• The gantry crane adopts two European type electric wire rope hoists as the lifting device and each hoist has the load capacity of 12.5 ton, the two European hoists can work together or separately as .
• The 12.5ton + 12.5ton rubber tyre crane has high mobility and can move flexibly from one location to another as needed.
• The two rtg gantry crane can work together to handle precast concrete items in the prefab yard from one work cell to another.

Test of the Two Rubber Tire Cranes in Factory

After finishing the manufacturing, we did the test in the factory to guarantee the reliable work performance. We did both crane and hoist travelling tests and load tests. The travelling modes of the rubber gantry cranes mainly include straightforward, straightbackward, all around steering – 360°，90° steering and more.
